Designt und erstellt um typische PVD-Anlagen zu steuern. Die Software kann sowohl f\u00fcr Neu-Anlagen als auch als Upgrade f\u00fcr eine beliebige Altanlage genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die SPS-Software basiert auf der Beckhoffsteuerung CX5100. Unterst\u00fctzt werden 2 Dreheinheiten, 6 Gasregler, 1 Bias- und Anodenstromversorgung, bis zu 15 Magnetron oder Arc-Stromversorgungen verschiedener Hersteller wie Advanced Energy, Solvix oder Trumpf, 1 Heizfunktion inklusive bis zu 6 Temperatursensoren zur \u00dcberwachung oder Regelung. Die Heizung kann per PWM oder Thyristorregler verschiedener Hersteller betrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Funktionen, wie auch der K\u00fchlwasserversorgung sind frei konfigurierbar.<\/p>\n<p>Der Rezeptur-Editor unterst\u00fctzt Drag-and-Drop-Operationen, au\u00dferdem 100 Layer, zwischen denen frei gesprungen werden kann und Wiederholungsschleifen sind auch m\u00f6glich. Innerhalb der Rezeptur k\u00f6nnen Prozesswerte f\u00fcr die Anpassung durch den Bediener freigegeben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Um den Prozess r\u00fcckverfolgen zu k\u00f6nnen, verf\u00fcgt diese Software \u00fcber ein umfassendes Datenprotokollierungs- und Batch-Berichtssystem.
